Description Bostik primer Prep M (500 ml)

Prep M is a primer and must be used when bonding various plastics, including Acrylic, Foamed PVC, Aluminium composite, and Hard PVC.

Prep M is a bonding primer and is used in combination with an adhesive (sealant). Pre-treating with Prep M is necessary because the adhesive will not adhere sufficiently to the plastic substrate otherwise. Prep M is sold in a 500-milliliter can.

Applications

Prep M is required for the following materials and adhesive combinations:

  • Acrylic when using Seal’n’bond mounting adhesive

  • Alupanel when using High Tack mounting adhesive
  • Hard PVC when using High Tack or Seal’n’bond mounting adhesive
