Cutting and milling in house
In our own 12,000 m² production facility in Wijster, the Netherlands, we saw, CNC mill and laser cut every part accurately to size. Milled edges are delivered burr free, and with the laser we work to an accuracy of ±0.05 mm. You choose from more than 200 types of plastic and order one piece or a full series, based on your own DXF or dimensions.

Our computer controlled panel saws make clean, straight cuts, consistently and accurately. Even in large quantities, every sheet stays identical.
We add fixing holes, cable openings and cut-outs according to your drawing, in exactly the same place on every sheet. Your sheets arrive ready for installation, with no finishing needed.
Our acrylic sheets are almost entirely Greencast®, made from 100% recycled PMMA. Because we cut to size, there is very little waste, and we recycle what is left wherever possible.
