Fixxerss Wood-Primer Professional

Fixxerss Wood-Primer Professional is developed for professional facade applications where reliable adhesion to wood is required. The primer has a minimum drying time of 60 minutes and is suitable for use on wooden substrates in combination with facade sheet adhesives. Thanks to its compact packaging, you can easily take the product to the worksite.

With Fixxerss Wood-Primer Professional, you prepare wooden battens for a strong bond of HPL and Trespa® sheets. For the best results, apply the primer evenly to a clean and dry surface.

• Ensure the wood is clean, dry, and free from grease.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Apply the wood primer with a clean, short-haired roller.
• Cover the entire surface where the adhesive will contact the wood.
• Allow the primer to dry for at least 60 minutes before applying adhesive.
• Ideally, carry out the bonding within 6 hours after the primer has dried.
• Only process the primer at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
• Preferably work in dry conditions and ensure the primer is well-sealed after use.

Fixxerss Wood-Primer Professional is developed for facade applications where HPL or Trespa® sheets are bonded to wooden battens. This primer for HPL and Trespa® helps to improve adhesion to wood and makes the substrate suitable for durable bonding.
