Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Super Fixx is a professional MS polymer adhesive designed for bonding ACP or aluminium composite panels, including Dibond®. This strong ACP adhesive boasts an exceptionally high initial grab and remains flexible after curing, ensuring a durable bond that accommodates material movement. With a 290ml cartridge and a coverage of 8 to 15 metres per tube, this high-tack adhesive is perfect for both professional installations and smaller projects. For optimal adhesion to the smooth aluminium surface, we recommend a pre-treatment with Fixxerss Multi-Primer Professional.

How to Use Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Super Fixx
With Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Super Fixx, you can install ACP and Dibond® panels quickly and with precision. For a strong bond, ensure surfaces are clean and properly pre-treated.
- Make sure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease.
- Degrease the aluminium top layer and use Fixxerss Multi-Primer Professional on non-porous surfaces.
- Apply the ACP adhesive with a sealant gun in beads or dots, depending on the panel size and weight.
- Position the panel immediately and press it firmly; the high-tack formula provides instant hold.
- For larger panels, use temporary support until the adhesive has fully cured.
- Remove any excess adhesive straight away and allow the bond to cure completely before applying heavy loads.
