How to Use the Fixxerss Acrylic UV Glue Set Basic

With the Fixxerss Acrylic UV Glue Set Basic, you can bond clear plastic sheets precisely and without rushing. The UV glue remains liquid until you activate it with the included UV torch.

• First, clean the surfaces with the included IPA wipe or with a Fixxerss IPA Bonding Cleaner (not included in this set).
• Apply the glue thinly and evenly with one of the three nozzles.
• Position the parts calmly until everything is aligned correctly.
• Cure the glue with the included rechargeable UV torch.
• Never shine the UV lamp directly onto the bottle’s nozzle – the glue will cure in the nozzle, rendering the bottle unusable.
• Allow for a curing time of 1 to 60 seconds, depending on the layer thickness and material.
• Test on the included test pieces first to get a feel for the application.
• After use, store the glue tightly sealed and in a dark place.
