HPL texture sheet 6 mm anthracite RAL 7016
Description HPL texture sheet 6 mm anthracite RAL 7016
This HPL sheet is 6 mm thick and has an anthracite (colour indication RAL 7016) colour on both sides. The top layer has a finely structured appearance and a matte finish. Thanks to this matte finish, fingerprints are barely visible. This HPL sheet is very suitable for outdoor applications. Thanks to their weather resistance and strength, HPL panels are widely used for outdoor applications, such as bargeboards, balcony screens, and facade cladding. Due to the use of Nanotechnology, this sheet has the highest level of UV protection. The rock-hard top layer is scratch-resistant and can withstand all weather conditions. The sheet is highly impact resistant, it is difficult for dirt to adhere to it, and it is easy to clean. This panel can be ordered custom cut to size and is available immediately. In addition, we also supply screws in the matching colour.
Specifications
These HPL panels consist of compressed wood fibres, finished on both sides with a robust outer layer. As a result, moisture can’t penetrate the top layer, and the sheets are completely UV resistant. Thanks to the dense antibacterial top layer, dirt does not adhere easily, so these panels are effortless to clean. These HPL panels are supplied with protective film on both sides. We offer a 10-year warranty against fading and delamination; please download the warranty statement below for more information. As well as this colour, we offer this sheet in 15 other colours. Our HPL sheets have a CE marking EN 438-7. This is a mandatory quality mark for manufacturers of facade elements that guarantees the quality of these HPL panels.
The rock-hard top layer is applied using Nanotechnology and sealed by UV curing. This ensures the UV-resistant property of these panels. In addition, the Nanotechnology top layer means you can polish away scratches. The Melamine Power Sponge, which works deep into the surface, is ideal for this.
Processing options
HPL is easy to process and is very similar to processing hardwood. So you can edit the material with carbide tools, such as an HSS hacksaw and drill. For example, you can mill, saw and drill HPL, amongst other options. In addition, you will find the accessories you need for mounting our HPL panels. Need advice on processing HPL? Check out our blog with detailed explanations on how to edit this sheet. Bear in mind that HPL expands or contracts under temperature changes.
