This Alupunel sheet is 3mm thick and orange RAL 2004 in colour. The panel has a gloss layer on one side and a matte finish on the other side. On delivery, they are provided with protective film on both sides. You can buy a whole panel or have it cut to size by us for free.
This orange coloured Alupanel sandwich panel consists of a polyethylene core and two top layers of 0.3 mm thick aluminium. These top layers are very durable and tolerate various chemicals such as acids, bases, oils and strong solvents. You can use it in temperatures from -50 ° C to + 80 ° C. The panel will expand 0.24 millimetres per linear metre when the panel heats up 10 ° C.
Coloured Alupanel sheets are easy to process, from the aluminium top layers to the polyethylene core. Painting, drilling, sawing, milling and glueing present no problem if you use the right tools. We recommend the products of the quality brand Bostik for glueing Alupanel sheets. Do you want to clean the panels? That’s easy with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
