The Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Glue Kit is a complete set for professionally bonding aluminium composite panels (ACP and Dibond®) and facade sheets. The kit includes 2 sealant cartridges with Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Super Fixx and 1 Fixxerss Multi-Primer Professional. This strong MS polymer adhesive provides high initial tack and a permanently elastic bond. The included adhesion primer cleans and primes in one step and has been specially developed for smooth, non-porous surfaces like the aluminium top layer of ACP panels. So, you’ll have everything you need straight away for a durable and professional bond.

How to Use the Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Glue Kit
With the Fixxerss ACP/Alupanel Glue Kit, you can bond ACP/Dibond® sheets in a controlled and secure manner. For a strong bond, a clean surface, the correct adhesion primer, and even glue distribution are important.
- Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease.
- If necessary, clean first with Fixxerss IPA Bonding Cleaner.
- Apply the included plastic primer to the smooth, non-porous surface.
- Allow the primer to dry thoroughly according to the instructions.
- Apply the MS polymer adhesive with a sealant gun in beads or stripes.
- Firmly press the panel into place within the working time.
- For larger panels, consider temporary fixings, for example, with Fixxerss Foamtape.
- Remove any excess adhesive immediately and allow the bond to cure completely.
