Description Brown aluminium composite panel 3 mm RAL 8011

This Alupunel sheet is 3mm thick and brown RAL 8011 in colour. The panel has two matte sides (a gloss layer on one side and a matte finish on the other side) and is supplied within 48 hours with a protective film on both sides. You can buy a whole panel or have it cut to size by us for free.

Specifications

This brown coloured alupanel sandwich panel consists of a polyethylene core and two top layers of 0.3 mm thick aluminium. These top layers are very durable and tolerate various chemicals such as acids, bases, oils and strong solvents. In addition, the plate is insensitive to temperature changes. You can use it in temperatures from -50 ° C to + 90 ° C. Only when you have passed the 100-degree limit, will the panel will expand 2.4 millimetres per linear metre.

Coloured Alupanel sheets are easy to process, from the aluminium top layers to the polyethylene core. Painting, drilling, sawing, milling and glueing present no problem if you use the right tools. We recommend the products of the quality brand Bostik for glueing Alupanel sheets. Do you want to clean the panels? That’s easy with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
