This Alupanel sheet is 3 mm thick with a front surface brushed copper in colour. The back has a brushed black finish, which makes this sheet a real eye-catcher. Alupanel brushed copper 3 mm looks fabulous as a kitchen splashback and as wall cladding. This panel is also widely used in the advertising industry. This brushed copper coloured aluminium panel consists of a polyethylene core and two 0.3 millimetre thick aluminium outer layers. These outer layers are very durable and tolerant of various chemicals such as acids, bases, oils and strong solvents. You can use it in temperatures from -50 ° C to + 80 ° C. The panel will expand 0.24 millimetres per linear metre when the panel heats up 10 ° C. The panel comes with a protective film on both sides.
Alupanel is easy to process, from the aluminium outer layers to the polyethylene core. As long as you use the correct tools, you can paint, drill, mill, saw and glue these panels. For glueing aluminium panels, we recommend using high-quality Bostik brand adhesives. And to keep it looking beautiful, all you need is a soft cloth and a gentle cleaning agent, such as Burnus anti-static cleaner, to clean the panel.
This panel is UV-resistant, lightweight, easy to print on and process. This combined with the great appearance of the panel, opens up a world of possibilities.
