The HPL sheet is 5 mm thick and white RAL 9016 in colour. It has a smooth top layer and a satin finish. Both sides of the sheet are white in colour. Do you want to paint or spray the sheet? Then this white-coloured HPL plate is the perfect base. On delivery, they are provided with protective film on both sides. We will saw it customised for you free of charge.
The white HPL sheet has a UV-resistant top layer that does not let sunlight through and does not weather through wood rot, moisture or mould. These properties make this material very suitable for outdoor applications. The sheet is easy to clean and will last up to 30 years.
HPL is a heavy sheet material with a hard surface. This makes it less easy to process than, for example, acrylic sheet or polycarbonate. When ordering, take into account a thickness tolerance of 10%. This means that the thickness of the sheet can actually deviate by about 10%.

Machining HPL is very similar to machining hardwood. The HPL sheets can be processed well with hard steel tools, such as a metal saw and drill. You can paint, drill, saw and mill the material. Keep in mind that HPL expands or shrinks faster than other plastic sheets. Need advice on machining HPL? Our product specialists are happy to assist you with DIY advice.
HPL is a versatile plastic that is used for all kinds of purposes. From Billboards and Desks to Hygienic areas.
We ensure that your order is ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You can track your order from door to door via the Track & Trace code.
To prevent damage to larger sheets, we use special, custom-made frames to transport them. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package. View the shipping cost table.
