This HPL sheet is 8 mm thick and white (colour indication RAL 9016) in colour. It has a smooth top layer with a satin finish. Both sides of the sheets are white in colour, and the core is uniformly black. White smooth HPL is weather resistant and easy to clean, and thanks to its rock-hard top layer, it is scratch-resistant. Due to these properties, HPL white smooth can be used for many applications. Moreover, this plastic sheet is easy to order and available immediately. Specifications
The smooth white HPL sheet has a rock-hard core consisting of resin-laminated wood fibres. The core is coloured jet black for a neat finish to your application. The sheet has a dense antibacterial top layer that makes it difficult for dirt to adhere. Good to know:
Always seal your edges well before use in a bathroom, for example. Also, bear in mind that HPL expands or contracts under temperature changes.
Processing options
Processing HPL is very similar to processing hardwood. HPL sheets are easily edited with carbide tools, such as an HSS saw and drill.
