This hard plastic PVC sheet is 5mm and dark grey in colour RAL 7011. The sheet has a smooth top layer with a satin finish. The uniform colour extends to the core. In comparison with our foamed variant, this hard PVC sheet is a lot heavier and more massive. Its good chemical resistance, electrical insulating capacity and self-extinction makes this material very suitable for industrial applications.

Hard PVC is a material widely used in the chemical industry, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. The sheets are chemical and heat resistant (up to max. 60 ° C), electrically insulating, self-extinguishing, pressure-resistant and easy to process. Our dark grey PVC sheets are available up to a maximum surface area of 200 x 100 cm. We will saw them for you in the right format for free. The sheets are supplied without protective film, which means they may be slightly scratched.
Processing options
Hard PVC is easy to machine. With the right tools, you can saw, cut and drill. Painting, welding, milling and glueing are also not a problem. Use the correct PVC glue for the latter.
