Is your bathroom ceiling mouldy, or is the paint peeling? Or perhaps you want to give the room a stylish new look? With a plastic ceiling made of acrylic sheet, your bathroom ceiling will remain free of mould, and your bathroom will be transformed into a luxurious space. There’s an endless range of bathroom ceiling ideas to suit every taste. Read on to discover four reasons why you should opt for a plastic ceiling in the bathroom.

# 1. A plastic bathroom ceiling keeps its good looks

Since acrylic is moisture resistant, it will never get mouldy. Ideal for use as a ceiling in the bathroom, as it is a durable material and remains beautiful. Acrylic sheet is low maintenance and also easy to clean. Just wipe it occasionally using an anti-static cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

# 2. Plastic ceiling cladding gives your bathroom a luxurious look.

For most of us, a bathroom is a haven for relaxation. Add LED lighting to your plastic ceiling to create a luxurious look. A place where you feel totally zen. Plastic ceiling cladding comes in a wide range of colours and finishes to suit any decor, from fluorescent green to opal white and high gloss black. For example, you could go for matte black acrylic panels and attach LED strips to create a floating ceiling.

# 3. A plastic ceiling for your bathroom is an affordable solution

A plastic ceiling gives you a new look without breaking your budget. It will cost between 150 to 200 euros for the custom-cut acrylic sheet you need for a small bathroom. A plastic ceiling is very low-maintenance and you’ll enjoy it for many years, so plastic ceiling cladding is an investment you won’t regret.
