Foam Forex®️ is lightweight and perfectly suited for presentations, displays, and other point-of-sale materials. This quality is due to the surface quality and the whiteness of the material. Forex®️ is offered in sheets of 3 mm or 5 mm thickness. The interior is foamed, while the outer surfaces are solid. The sheets are delivered with polyethylene protective film on one side. The maximum usage temperature is 55 degrees Celsius. Forex®️ is classified under European fire rating C – s3, d0. For regulations regarding this fire rating and possible applications for facades, you can refer to NEN-EN 13501-1.
Foam sheets are easy to work with and, with standard DIY tools, you can accomplish any drilling, sawing and milling. Also, foamed sheets weigh 50% less than a solid PVC sheet.
