Blind spacers – Oval black – Set of 25

With this set of oval spacers, you can mount milled letters and logos onto the wall completely out of sight. The two-part click system lets your letters float away from the wall, without a single screw coming into view.

You glue the male part to the back of your letter and screw the female part into the wall. Click and done. Use the set for your company name on the façade, a logo behind the counter or a sign on an outside wall.

The male parts are made from acrylic and the female parts from PVC. The oval shape spreads the load over a larger surface than a round spacer, which helps on uneven surfaces, and stops the spacer from turning during mounting.

The complete set weighs 198 grams and fits in packaging measuring 130 x 80 x 45 mm.

These spacers are ready to use – you don't need to process them at all.

What does matter: tighten the screw in the female part hand-tight and then back it off a quarter turn. You need that little bit of play so you can click the male part smoothly into the female part and to allow for small alignment differences between your mounting points. If you tighten everything up rock solid, you won't be able to fit the letter on without tension.

Anywhere you want to mount letters, logos or signs without visible fixings. The oval shape makes them especially suitable for older façades, rendered walls and rough brickwork, where a round spacer is more likely to come loose.

Remove dust and dirt with an antistatic polishing cloth and, if needed, a little lukewarm water with a mild cleaner. Never use a pressure washer on mounted letters: it can force the glue bond or the click loose.

For outdoor installations, we recommend a quick check once a year. Is every letter still firmly in place, are there any cracks at the glue points, is dirt or moisture building up behind the letters? For an installation that lasts for years, work in three steps: clean, glue, finish.
