Thanks to Rob's creativity and meticulous approach, there's now a stylish solution for dividing spaces without losing light, making it ideal for anyone seeking a practical and aesthetic room divider.
The project
Rob has designed a room divider sliding door that seamlessly merges industrial style with functionality. For this, he constructed a sturdy wooden frame into which he fixed opal white polycarbonate sheets. “I’m extremely delighted with the result of my room divider sliding door!” Rob shares enthusiastically.
Step-by-step guide to create one yourself

Making a frame
Start by making a robust frame from wood. Begin by constructing the fixed parts.

Fit
Fit a beam on top of the frame to which the sliding door hardware can be attached.

Secure
Use glazing beads to secure the polycarbonate sheets into the frame.

Add handle
Add an industrial handle for the finishing touch.
