Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Enter by submitting a minimum of three photos and a description of your project via the DIY Awards registration form.
Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
Participants can send in multiple projects and enter as many times as they like. Submissions must be non-commercial and not for self-promotion.
The DIY Awards are distributed quarterly, except for the first-ever edition. The first edition ran from 1st September 2020 to the end of December 2020. From January 2021, entries are judged from 1st January to 31st March, 1st April to 30th June, 1st July to 30th September, and 1st October to 31st December.
Submissions will count towards the quarter in which Plastic Sheets Shop has published them on its website and social media channels.
Entries will be published on Plastic Sheets Shop’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. They will be shared as stories, which are valid for 24 hours, during which voting can occur. The winner of this voting round will be considered in the final jury decision.
Any submission that does not use plastic sheet materials from Plastic Sheets Shop will be disqualified.
Plastic Sheets Shop requires approximately seven working days to process and publish a received submission on its website (this duration may vary).
Plastic Sheets Shop reserves the right to modify the competition terms or terminate the competition without prior notice.
Employees of Plastic Sheets Shop are excluded from participating.
Plastic Sheets Shop reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if unlawful participation or fraud is suspected.
Winner:
Winners of the first, second, and third prizes will be evaluated based on two criteria:
The number of votes the project receives on Plastic Sheets Shop’s social media channels.
The job techniques used, degree of difficulty, level of finish and originality.
Before posting submissions to our website and social channels, we will send an email to the respective participants to notify them of the publication date.
The jury consists of the product specialist and marketing manager from PlasticSheetsShop.
The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
The winners will be announced within 20 days from the end of the quarter via the website, and the winners will also receive personal email notifications.
Prizes will be sent by post.
Participants who do not win a prize will not be notified.
It is not possible to exchange a prize product, tool voucher, or other prizes for a different item or cash.

The participant’s first name and city may be used by Plastic Sheets Shop when publishing their submission on our website and social media channels.
Participants’ personal data will not be shared without prior consent or provided to third parties.
PlasticSheetsShop and affiliated companies have the unrestricted right to use submitted photos freely, including in edited formats.
Text provided by participants may be used at the discretion of Plastic Sheets Shop and affiliated companies.
Submitted photos and text can be used across all relevant social media platforms, such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
