Product description
With this set of oval spacers you can mount milled letters and logos invisibly to the wall. The two-part click system lets your letters float off the wall, without a single screw coming into view.
- Complete: 25 male parts, 25 female parts, 25 stainless steel screws, 25 wall plugs and a torx bit
- Oval shape: often used for walls and surfaces that are tricky to mount on, such as exposed aggregate concrete panels, and so on. If the hole is drilled slightly out of position, you can correct it with this
- Suitable for indoors and outdoors
- White, so it blends away behind light-coloured letters and on light surfaces
- All you need is a cordless drill
You glue the male part to the back of your letter and screw the female part into the wall. Click it together and you're done. Use the set for your company name on the façade, a logo behind the reception desk or an advertising board on an exterior wall.
Specifications
The male parts are made of acrylic and the female parts of PVC. The oval shape spreads the force over a larger surface than a round spacer, which helps on uneven surfaces, and stops the spacer from turning during installation.
Choose the white version when your letters are light in colour or go onto a light façade or wall. If you can see through to the fixing behind a transparent or light letter, white stands out far less than black.
The complete set weighs 198 grams and fits in packaging measuring 130 x 80 x 45 mm.
Processing options for blind spacers
These spacers are ready to use, so there's no need to process them.
What does matter: turn the screw into the female part hand-tight, then back it off a quarter turn. You need that little bit of play to click the male part smoothly into the female part and to take up small alignment differences between your mounting points. If you tighten everything wall-tight, you won't be able to fit the letter without tension.
Applications for blind spacers
Anywhere you want to mount letters, logos or signs without visible fixings. The oval shape makes them especially suitable for older façades, rendered walls and rough brickwork, where a round spacer works loose more quickly.
Main areas of use
- Façade lettering — company names, shop name signs, house numbers in large format and advertising boards with a floating 3D effect
- Interiors — logos behind reception, wall signs in showrooms, name plates on office doors and wayfinding signage
- Retail and events — exhibition stands, promotional boards and brand presentations, quick to fit and click off again
- Public buildings — department signs, wayfinding in hospitals and schools, project boards on building sites
Installing blind spacers
Mark the positions on your number
Degrease and glue the male parts
Make a drilling template
Hang the template level on the façade
Drill and fit the wall plugs
Screw in the female parts
Click the numbers into place
Mount outdoors in dry weather. On an unfamiliar surface, test with a single letter first before doing the whole façade. Keep the white spacers clean during installation: drilling dust and dirty hands simply show up more quickly on white than on black. And keep your template for a while, in case you want to expand later.

Maintenance and cleaning
Remove dust and dirt with an antistatic polishing cloth and, if needed, a little lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent. Never use a pressure washer on mounted letters: it can force the glue bond or the click loose.
For outdoor installations, we recommend a quick check once a year. Is every letter still firmly fixed, are there any cracks at the glue points, is dirt or moisture building up behind the letters? Clicking a letter off, inspecting it and putting it back is perfectly fine. You'll find more cleaning products among our accessories.
Combining with other products
For an installation that lasts for years, work in three steps: clean, glue, finish.
Cleaning — Fixxerss IPA Bonding Cleaner removes grease, dust and other dirt from your surfaces and dries residue-free. Use it on both the back of your letters and the male parts. This isn't an optional step; it's the difference between a glue bond that holds and one that lets go after a single winter.
Gluing — For acrylic and polycarbonate, reach for the Fixxerss Acrylic/PC Adhesive Set.
Finishing — the antistatic polishing cloth keeps your letters dust-free without scratches. The antistatic action prevents dust from clinging, which is especially an issue with plastic letters that build up a static charge. Also perfect for applying the IPA Bonding Cleaner.
