Processing options for Dibond

Dibond® is a material widely used for decorative purposes, thanks to its beautiful range of colours and finishes. It’s a type of sandwich panel, made up of three layers: two aluminium top layers and a core of polyethylene. The top layers are easy to keep clean and are resistant to damage. While Dibond® is a brand name for sandwich panels, it’s also commonly referred to as Alupanel.

How to work with Dibond®

Dibond® sheets are easy to work with. Both the aluminium top layers and the polyethylene core can be processed without any issues. Whether you want to saw, mill, paint, glue, or drill, this can all be done effectively by any DIY enthusiast. Just make sure to use the right tools, and when gluing, we recommend using high-quality products like those from the Bostik range.
