Reporting damaged, incorrect or missing products

When you buy an item from us, you may assume that it is completely to your liking. Unfortunately, it may happen that something is wrong with your order. In this case, report the error to us within 7 days of delivery so that we can fix it for you. Read below how to report a damage, wrong or missing product.

    You will receive feedback within 1-2 days

Please note: to be eligible for compensation, the plate must not have been assembled or processed yet. Also keep your plates and packaging.
