Davy has given his outdoor kitchen a stunning makeover with matte black aluminium composite panels (ACP)! He utilised this durable material to completely re-panel his BBQ unit, resulting in a sleek and modern appearance. The ACP also resolved the issue of cracks in the previous concrete finish, allowing Davy to once again, fully enjoy his outdoor kitchen.

The project

Davy refurbished his BBQ unit using matt black ACP. He used a total of nine panels: eight rectangular ones and one circular. The circular panel fits perfectly into the cut-out, which was custom-cut by our team at Plasticsheetsshop. Davy is particularly pleased with the prompt delivery and the neat outcome. Build a solid frame using water-resistant plywood.

Measure everything carefully so the panels fit seamlessly.

Order the panels in the correct size and have the round cut-out customised.
