Cut wood
Cut the wood to size for the drawer fronts and attach it with a nail joint to the HDPE sheets.

Screw pieces
Screw the wooden pieces together and place them on the HDPE sheet.
3
Keep in place
Use a set square and corner clamps to keep the corners at 90 degrees.
4
Seal
Finish the inside of the mould with silicone sealant to prevent the epoxy from leaking.
