Information about our service due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are closely following the developing situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic. We think it is important to follow government and NHS advice and to keep you informed. Keep an eye on this page for any updates.
Customer service accessibility
Because our customer service team is currently working from home, telephone contact is limited. If you have any questions, please send an email to customer service. They will contact you as soon as possible.
We currently have enough sheet material in stock.We produce the orders at our sawmill and prepare them for shipping within 1-3 working days. As we are currently seeing a trend for very large orders, there may be a shortage. As a result, our purchase prices may rise and therefore the prices in our webshop. We ask for your understanding.
Due to overloading on our logistics network, your order may take longer than usual to be delivered. The expected delivery time is now between 4-7 working days. The delivery times stated on the product pages are always current.
The virus cannot be transmitted through packages so this is why we still deliver our products to your front door. We do this with as little contact as possible. This means that the delivery person rings the doorbell as usual and waits at an appropriate distance until you open the door. If you have to sign for your package, ask the delivery person to do this. This way hand-to-hand contact is avoided. Make sure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package.
Our logistics partners do not currently deliver to business addresses, except for hospitals, out-of-hours medical centres, pharmacies and supermarkets. Please arrange to have your order delivered to a private address to prevent your package being returned to us by the delivery service.
Is your package being delivered via DPD? If so, you can sign up for the Predict service on your tablet or phone for notification of one-hour slot delivery times. The Predict service also allows you to give drop consent up to 30 minutes before delivery. Signing for the package is then no longer required and the driver will deliver your order to a location specified by you. As soon as the package has been placed here, you will automatically be notified.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Because our system is automated, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once you have placed it. We indicate this clearly on the checkout page.
Due to the high volume of orders and limited capacity, it is not possible to request customised quotations at present. You can only order directly through our webshop.
